A Dance Fitness class starts with a warm-up to great tunes, and then 8-10 tracks of which there is some super booty shaking routines to get your heart rate up, and you burn those calories. It is a fun-filled class guaranteed to have you smiling by the time we warm down. Bring a bottle of water, a towel if you like. Wear comfortable clothes to exercise in and trainers are your best bet for footwear.
