By signing up and participating in this class, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. I understand that participating in a dance fitness class involves physical activity and may carry inherent risks of injury. I am voluntarily participating in this class and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor and to perform movements to the best of my ability while considering my own physical limitations and health status. I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions or disabilities that would prevent my participation in a dance fitness class. If I have any concerns about my health or physical ability, I have consulted with a healthcare professional before participating in this class. I consent to being recorded and acknowledge that my image, voice, or likeness may be used in recordings, videos, or promotional materials without compensation.
