Hi! I am Josh, your fun-loving dance fitness instructor at Dance DynamiX
I want to share my love for dance with some great choreography in my feel-good classes, that give both your mind and body a boost! My ‘Dance DynamiX’ classes involve different styles of dance! Including Party, Latino, Funk, Club, and even Sass!!
It doesn’t matter if you can or can’t dance, what age, shape, or size you are… If you’re out there struggling with anxiety, depression, or any kind of mental health condition, dance is a great de-stress from the world and helps you forget about anything outside the classroom. Dance has made me who I am today a happier, stronger fitter person! And I believe if you join me in my classes it will positively impact your life!
Where it all started…
Training at Exeter College in Sports & Science I went on to work as a Personal Trainer at Fitness First and The Riverside Centre in Exeter and also teaching Dance Fitness Classes at David Lloyd in Exeter.
I have had a life long love of dance but found there were not so many opportunities outside the larger cities for a dancer, so I diversified into launching my own Dance Fitness Classes which enabled me to stay living in the beautiful South West but still get to do what I love every day.
With loyal customers from ages 10 to 84, I run studio and online classes with a variety of music to suit all ages and abilities. So join the classes and feel free and get fit at the same time!

I am Guy, the behind the scenes Manager at Dance DynamiX
Me and Josh have been together since the beginning of 2017. When Josh decided to become a dance instructor, I was all for it as I knew how passionate he is about dance!
Once he moved away from leisure centres towards private classes around June 2019, I knew Josh would need extra help setting everything up and handling the bigger and busier classes! Since then, I have managed the equipment and administrational side so that Josh can focus on creating great new content for you guys!
